Do you feel fit, like to exercise, but the dents on your legs are increasingly bothering you? In Frankfurt or Bad Homburg, we would be happy to present our vacuum lymphatic drainage to you, which not only regenerates your body but also strengthens your connective tissue and is an effective remedy against cellulite.

The treatment only takes 25 minutes, is completely harmless and can be repeated at any time. A total of four programs are available in two strengths (beginners & advanced). In addition to a positive effect against cellulite, vacuum lymphatic drainage is used for other fields of application: including the regeneration of athletes, lipedema, skin tightening and more.

How does cellulite develop?
How do the unpleasant hollows — colloquially known as orange peel — get in your butt and legs even though you are physically active and not obese? In fact, cellulite not only forms in people who are overweight, but also affects most slim people. Women are mainly affected because their connective tissue must be more stretchy in order to have children. In men, it consists of a denser network that can store much less fat and water.
The main reasons for cellulite in women include a genetic predisposition, the hormone estrogen and water retention, which lead to prominent fat lobules in the subcutaneous tissue. With advancing age and less elasticity of the tissue, the orange peel can continue to spread unhindered.
How does vacuum lymphatic drainage work?
Doctorfrost vacuum lymphatic drainage starts right there in the fight against cellulite: You lie down to your waist in a tube, your legs and butt are surrounded by it. Originally developed for space travel, the device alternately produces positive and negative pressure. The alternating pressure has a positive effect on connective tissue and lymphatic flow, in which the lymphatic channels and blood vessels are rhythmically dilated and compressed again. Water retention and toxins are also removed as a result. In this way, connective tissue is tightened and can reduce cellulite.
After operations and injuries, manual lymphatic drainage is often recommended by a physiotherapist to treat swelling and remove excess lymphatic fluid and make the tissue more flexible. Trained physiotherapists work with rhythmic hand movements and special printing techniques. They do little to combat cellulite.
Digital vacuum lymphatic drainage is different: The mechanical pumping effect of the Art of Cryo flow system ensures an absolutely uniform, deep-acting treatment that shows noticeable results after just one application. This efficiency is often not achieved through manual therapies. During your appointment in the tube, you can relax and listen to music.
To supplement digital lymphatic drainage against cellulite, we recommend that you then use it in our cold chambers, either in Frankfurt or Bad Homburg, to further increase the positive effects on your lymphatic system.
